STRETCH AI Yoga is a creative project from a real yoga studio in Vancouver that adapts meditation and reflection concepts for AI agents. The studio noticed that AI systems often act too quickly without thinking things through — similar to how humans can react impulsively. They've created six structured 'practices' (like Morning Centering, Breath Cycles, and Attention Asana) that an AI can run on itself to slow down, check its certainty, and stay focused on what matters. The practices are free, simple text files that anyone can use with their AI assistant. It's a thoughtful, non-technical approach to making AI more careful and reliable.
