PublicLLM-maintained personal knowledge base for Obsidian. Based on Andrej Karpathy's LLM Wiki pattern.
Second Brain is a personal knowledge base system where an AI agent organizes raw notes, articles, and sources into a structured, linked wiki viewable in Obsidian.
How It Works
You learn about a helpful way to turn scattered notes and articles into a smart, organized personal wiki using your AI helper.
You ask your AI assistant to include the Second Brain features, unlocking commands to build and manage your knowledge base.
Chat with your AI using the setup guide—it asks simple questions about name, location, and focus, then creates your organized folder structure.
Use a web clipper browser tool to grab articles, papers, or notes and drop them into your wiki's raw materials folder.
Tell your AI to process the new items—it reads everything, writes summaries, connects ideas, and updates your wiki pages automatically.
Open the Obsidian app, select your wiki folder, and explore linked pages, graphs, and the master index like a personal library.
Query your wiki for answers or run a health check to fix links and keep everything fresh and connected.
You now have a living second brain—a searchable, AI-updated collection of insights that expands as you add more.
